We act on behalf of the owner and keep the property in good condition. We find new tenants, draw up contracts and descriptions of the premises, collect rents and arrange the required insurance.
When necessary we follow up on damages, mediate disputes and even supervise the work during renovations.
We also act for the owner in the relationship with the association of co-owners and syndic. We take on the role of contact person and representative, participate in meetings, follow up the management of the common areas and report back to the owner. Via our dobby app, our stewards are always in their pocket. Making a report or following up on a project, via smartphone or laptop, it can be done anytime and anywhere.
