Aluxia Beheer and Exclusief Beheer merged and are now working together as Gerantis Chipka. From our offices Denderhoutem, we serve some 500 co-owners’ associations in the region between Aalst, Ninove, Asse and Dendermonde.
We have over 20 employees and specialise in managing residential real estate, office complexes, healthcare real estate and assisted living facilities.
Co-owners’ associations can rely on their trusted manager as well as an enthusiastic team of receptionists and administrative staff. They answer questions on the phone and intervene immediately if a practical problem arises. The lift is out of order? Our reception team will solve this immediately.
What’s more, all our employees are thoroughly schooled in the property management business. Our accountants also handle the technical management of some buildings. This allows them to keep in touch with the technical side of our job and to know the needs and concerns of customers.
