Assurimmo and the property management branch of Van De Woestijne merged and are now working together as Gerantis Artevelde. From our office in Sint-Martens-Latem, we serve co-owners’ associations in Ghent, Eeklo and, by extension, the entire Meetjesland region.
Our relatively small team consists of both technical managers and accountants. We have over 30 years of experience in the region, so we know the local property market through and through.
Gerantis Artevelde is a true property management company specialised in the management of all types of residences. Our portfolio consists of both large and small apartment buildings. We are just as happy to lend our expertise to developers of new construction projects as to co-owners’ associations who have relied on us for years.
