Inspection of electrical installations
Technical rooms and common parts of residential buildings have recently ceased to be classified as domestic installations. This has implications for the inspection of electrical installations. Now there’s only one uniform 5-year inspection period for all electrical installations in these common parts, whereas there used to be separate inspection periods.
